Make no mistake, purchasing a vacation home is a major acquisition.  We are here to help.  Our on-site managers and maintenance professionals will ensure your assets are protected and managed properly. Our Facility Management package includes:

  • Daily & weekly security inspections of your unit
  • Regular security, yard, grounds and pool maintenance
  • Monthly inspection of major equipment and life-safety devices
  • Quarterly maintenance of building components, air conditioners, solar and pool equipment
  • Annual building condition report sent to you via email with photos and recommendations on how to extend the life of your assets
  • Multiple quotes on any repair over $1000 USD
  • Payment of utilities and taxes optional

Our rental teams are experts in managing and leasing properties and our site-staff will care for your suite like it is their own.  Here is what we can do to enhance the return of your investment

  • Advertise and market your property on ALL MAJOR RENTAL PLATFORMS including but not limited to, Expedia; Booking; Airbnb; VRBO; Home Away; Hotels.com; Orbitz, and a host of local agencies.
  • Check In - Greet your guests and perform a security inspection that they sign upon arriving.  We also collect a security deposit.
  • Check Up - Periodically check in on your guests to ensure they are treating your property right.
  • Hosting - Support your guests with anything they may need to make their vacation more enjoyable.
  • Check Out – Greet your guests on the way out, while performing a final inspection and report for you. 
  • We frequently arrange for airport travel, cooks, tours and other activities for you and your guests while you are vacationing.
  • Provide you a quarterly and annual report detailing your rentals, income, expenses and other pertinent details.
  • Please note that we ONLY rent to families, couples and individuals.  We do not rent our properties to groups, unless over the age of 30.

We currently generate an average of 8% return on investment from our own properties.  We would welcome the opportunity to generate the same for you.
